Alejandro Osuna specializes in business law, (corporate law, joint ventures,
contracts, foreign investments), real estate, trusts, homeowners association Law.
He is also an experienced litigator in the fields of civil and commercial Law, is an
Arbitration expert, and a trained mediator, as well as a renowned international
contract law specialist, who is often sought by Mexican and foreign companies, as
well as other law firms, as a specialized consultant in these fields. .
In the field of cross border litigation, he has experience in assisting in the
international service of process, obtaining evidence in Mexico for foreign
proceedings, and in the enforcement of foreign judgments.
As a speaker, he has appeared at events organized by the University of
Pittsburgh, the United Nation's Commission on International Trade Law, and
Louisiana State University. He is a published author.
He is a member of the US-Mexico Bar Association, the Mexican Academy of
Private International and Comparative Law, and of the International Trade

Mr. Aldo Osuna has many years of experience in real estate law and real estate
financing.
He began his carreer with Krasovsky Abogados, S.C., then moving to being head
of the legal department at Elektra, S.A. de C.V., a major Mexican appliance
retailer. In he was hired by Terras Hipotecaria, S.F.O.L., a mortgage lending
institution, and later to Hipotecaria Credito y Casa, S.F.O.L. from 2003 to 2009,
where he was employed as in house counsel, overseeing major lending
transactions, and was also in charge of collections and litigation. Aldo Osuna
has years of experience in corporate and contract law, litigation in civil and
commercial matters, labor and criminal law.
HIs achievements include overseeing multi-million dollar transactions, while at the
same time increasing the over all effectiveness of the collections department.
Carlos Cristiani

Carlos Cristiani, was born in Mexico City (1977) where he started his legal
education at the National Autonomous University (UNAM). He also completed a
certificate in Ethics and Justice at the same University. In San Diego, California,
he attended UCSD where he studied Legal English and an introductory course in
US Legal System. In Tijuana, he completed a certification in Corporate and Real
Estate Law at the Centro Universitario Tijuana (CUT).
He is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in conversational French.
He started his work in the legal field at the Law Firm of Martínez De la Peña, S.C.
in Mexico City. He also worked for the Mexican Treasury Department (SHCP) as
an in-house consultant, and in the same position at the Office for Corporate
Audits of Mexico’s City Treasury Department. He later went into the corporate
world as COO at Distribuidora Cortapunto, an office supply wholesaler and
distributor. He relocated to Tijuana in 2004 where he joined the Law Firm of
Osuna y Rivero, S.C. working with partner Alejandro Osuna until today in Osuna
