2008 Ammendment to the Joint Venture
Agreement
This document purports to be an
Ammendment to the JV, made between CPM
and Arellanes Family. The document appears
recorded with the Public Registry under index
number 5293640, of 2 october 2008. A full PDF
file can be downloaded here. It includes all
documents as recorded with the Public
Registry, including CPM rep Barney Kargers
expired FM3. Also missing is Gustavo
Arellanes' power of attorney, which had been
revoked a few months earlier.
