Alejandro Osuna is a Mexican attorney focusing on cross-border litigation, international arbitration, and international business transactions. He represents multinational companies, financial institutions, and foreign investors in complex commercial disputes and transactional matters involving Mexican law.
His practice includes enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, international asset recovery, secured transactions, foreign investment, and commercial litigation before Mexican courts.
He also serves as Mexican law counsel and expert witness in proceedings before foreign courts and arbitral tribunals.
