In 2023, in partnerrship with a US Law firm and a solo practitioner from Venezuela, we filed a notice to commence arbitration against Mexico, under the rules of the International Centre for the Solution of Investor Disputes (ICSID), from a NAFTA legay case.

in January of 2020, we obtained the recognition of a US Judgment in Mexico for $500,000 US Dollars against U.S. and Mexican corporations located in Baja California.

We obtained an arbitration award for $400,000 US in favor of a U.S. Distributor of Mexican produce, based on the UNIDROIT Principles. The case was administered under the rules of Mexican Arbitration Centre.

Obtained the recognition in Mexico of a $3million dollars of a California judgment in Mexico, stemming from a cross-border fraud case.
