Biography:
Alejandro "Alex" Osuna has over 30 years experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation in Mexico, with an emphasis on commercial contract and real estate disputes.
Has specializes in complex commercial cases, with international elements. He is an expert at enforcing foreign judgments in Mexico.
He is also an accomplished arbitrator. He has served in cases administered by the ICC, the ICDR, and the Mexican Arbitration Centre, in disputes involving distribution agreements, seafarer disputes, and road and energy infrastructure disputes.
As a party advocate, he has represented clients before tribunals organized under the rules of the Hague´s Permanent Court of Arbitration the ICC, the ICDR, the AAA, Gafta, amongst other organizations.
He often serves as an Expert Witness on Mexican Law before U.S. Courts.
